Floodplains & Tropical Storm Irene


Environmental leaders and state agency personnel discuss the positive impact that intact, undeveloped flood plains provide in terms of increasing flood resiliency for Vermont towns. With a foreword from former Governor, Howard Dean, this video highlights the need for communities to take into account the complex dynamics of our rivers when making future growth and zoning decisions.
